Users must provide accurate information, use only information and documents they are entitled to submit, protect their login credentials and use the portal only for legitimate academic career or institutional recruitment purposes. Unless expressly marked verified, faculty information is self-declared. Institutions must conduct their own documentary, reference, regulator, university and employment verification before making any decision. NFR provides information, profile organisation and automated indications. It does not appoint faculty, grant promotion, certify equivalence, represent a regulator or guarantee selection. Institutions may access only anonymised profiles for legitimate recruitment. Scraping, bulk harvesting, discrimination, unsolicited marketing, resale of information and attempts to bypass candidate consent are prohibited. Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Paid access begins after successful payment verification. Product-specific validity, credits and deliverables are shown before purchase. The service may be changed, suspended or limited for maintenance, security, regulatory updates or misuse.
